Return and Refund Policy

At Qualitide, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. Our Satisfaction Guarantee policy allows you to return or exchange any item within 14 days of receiving your order if you are not completely satisfied.

Return/Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be in its original condition as received, unopened or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return/Exchange

  1. Contact our Customer Service at sales@qualitide.com to obtain a Return/Exchange Authorization.
  2. Returns without prior authorization may not be accepted.
  3. Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that the return address will be shared in the authorization email.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at sales@qualitide.com, so we can address the issue and resolve it promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items).
  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products).
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
  • Sale items and gift cards.

Exchanges

To exchange an item:

  • The fastest way is to return the item in accordance with our return policy. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the return is accepted or not. If the return is accepted.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval, please contact us at sales@qualitide.com.
